Under and by virtue of the power and authority contained in a judgment bearing the caption “PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, Plaintiff, v. Keith L. Handford, Sr., and Spouse of, if any; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and Substitute Trustee Services, Inc., Substitute Trustee; and Chantille Place Homeowners Association, Inc., Defendants” 25CV001020-400 Guilford County and pursuant to the terms of the judgment, the undersigned Commissioner will offer for sale that certain property as described below. Said sale will be held in the City of Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina at 10:00 a.m. on May 26, 2026 at the Guilford County Courthouse door and will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following real estate situated in the County of Guilford, North Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows:
Being all of Lot 87, Phase 3, Final Plat, Chantille Place - Phase 3, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 199, Page 104, Guilford County Registry, North Carolina, and re-recorded in Plat Book 200, Page 58.
The property is being sold “as is”, without warranties, subject to all taxes, special assessments and prior liens or encumbrances of record and any recorded releases. Any assessments, costs or fees resulting from the sale will be due and payable from the purchaser at the sale.
A deposit of certified funds (no personal check) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the high bid will be required at the time of the sale.
The sale will be held open for ten days for upset bids as required by law.
