NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND DEBTORS

All persons, firms and corporations having claims against Frederick Eansor Cooper, deceased of Fulton County, Georgia, are hereby notified to present them to the Co-Ancillary Administrators of the estate, on or before August 12, 2026, c/o Kimberly R. Coward, Esq., P.O. Box 1918, Cashiers, NC 28717, or be forever barred from recovery.  All persons indebted to said estate are asked to make immediate payment to the Co-Ancillary Administrators at the address below.  This the 30th day of April, 2026.
