Smith Sr., late of 151 Westminster Avenue 14215 Buffalo, NY 14215 of Erie County, New York, through her undersigned Attorney, does hereby notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the estate of said decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 112 South Tryon Street, Suite 700, Charlotte, NC 28284, on or before Monday, August 3, 2026, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons indebted to said Estate will please make immediate settlement with the undersigned estate administrator.
