Having qualified as EXECUTOR of the Estate of THOMAS CLATE HINCHER, AKA, CLATE HINCHER, deceased late of Wilkes County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the Estate of said deceased to exhibit them to the undersigned at 367 ROARING GAP ROAD, THURMOND, NC 28683 on or before the 20th day of August, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons indebted to said estate will please make immediate settlement.
