NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Tryon Town Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall to consider an application for the rezoning of tax parcel T10-B2, 584 North Trade Street.  The owners are requesting to rezone the property from RM – Multi Family to GB – General Business.  This is an open meeting and the public is welcome to attend. Please email Tim Daniels at planning@tryonnc.gov or call 828 859 6654 with any questions.
