HEARING WEST JEFFERSON BOARD OF ALDERMAN
pursuant to Section 160A-20 of the General Statutes of NC, the Board of Alderman will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 6:00pm with
respect to the proposed 
execution of an installment 
financing contract in an
amount currently expected not to exceed $475,000, for the purpose of financing (a) the 
acquisition of real property and (b) related financing costs. This meeting is open to the public.
