NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned intends to the personal property described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property under The Florida Self Storage Facility Act Statutes (Section 83.801-83.809. The undersigned will sell at public sale by competitive bidding Monday, the 23rd day of February scheduled to begin at 10:30am. The sale will occur as an online auction via www.storagetreasures.com. The said property is still and will be until sold where it has been stored, which is located at StorQuest Self Storage, 2350 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, County of Alachua, State of Florida, the following: 1073 Donald Lucas Purchases must be paid for in Cash Only. All purchased items sold as is, where is, and must be removed within 72 hours after the sale. Sales is Subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
