UF HEALTH REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PLANNING AND DESIGN UF HEALTH IS SEEKING QUALIFIED PLANNING AND DESIGN FIRMS LICENSED OR REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO SUPPORT THE MASTER PLANNING AND PHASED EXPANSION OF THE OCALA NEIGHBORHOOD HOSPITAL CAMPUS LOCATED IN OCALA, FLORIDA. INTERESTED FIRMS SHOULD DEMONSTRATE EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE CAMPUS MASTER PLANNING, INPATIENT FACILITY DESIGN, UTILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING, AND HOSPITAL EXPANSION PROJECTS. QUALIFIED FIRMS ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT AN EMAIL EXPRESSING INTEREST IN RECEIVING THE OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ). To request the RFQ, please submit an email to facdevelopment.gnv@ufhealth.org. Upon receipt, the complete RFQ package will be provided. Requests to receive the RFQ must be received no later than February 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The deadline for RFQ responses is February 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.
