NOTICE OF INTENT TO DEEM MINERAL INTEREST ABANDONEDThe Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Successors, and Assigns of J.P. Findley and Florence Findley, deceased, whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that Robert Lesnefsky, the record title owner of the surface of the below-described real property, intends to deem the mineral interest in the below-described real property abandoned such that title in the same mineral interest shall be vested in the aforesaid Robert Lesnefsky.The description of the surface of the real property subject to this notice is as follows:Located in Jefferson County, Ohio, and being in Island Creek Township, Sections 34 and 35, Twp 3, Range 1, and being a portion of Lot 52 of Findley Gardens Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 6, Pg 94 and 95, said Lot 52 being owned by James Long, as recorded in O.R. Vol. 876, pg. 161, and being more particularly described as follows.Beginning at a 5/8” diameter x 30” long iron pin set bearing a plastic cap marked V. Dowdle P.S.#7396 (hereinafter called a 5/8” CIP) in the west line of Section 34, Twp 3, Range 1, marking the most southerly corner of Lot 52 of Findley Gardens Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 94 and 95, said Lot 52 being owned by J. Long, as recorded in O.R. Vol. 876, pg 161, and also marking a point in the easterly line of the tract owned by P., B., & S. Thomas, as recorded in O.R. Vol. 706, pg 628, and also marking the most southerly corner of the parcel herein described.Thence with the west line of Section 34, and with the common line between said Thomas tract, and said Lot 52, N1 18'01”E 808.843 ft. to a 5/8 CIP, marking the common corner between Sections 34 & 35, Twp 3, Range 1 and Sections 4&5, Twp 7, Range 2, and also marking the NE corner of said Thomas tract, and also marking the SE corner of the tract owned by R. Lesnefsky, as recorded in O.R. Vol. 1357, pg. 617, and also marking an angle point in the westerly boundary of the parcel herein described; for reference a 5/8” iron pin found bearing a plastic cap marked Lyden PS#5997, bears N87 58'02”W 8.86 ft.Thence with the west line of Section 35, Twp 3, Range 1, and with the common line between said Lesnefsky tract, and said Lot 52, N0 01'49”E 275.594 ft. to a 5/8” CIP set marking the NW corner of said Long tract, and thereby marking the NW corner of the parcel herein described.Thence leaving the Section line, and crossing over and into Section 35, and with the northerly line of said Lot 52, N84 34'45”E 287.610 ft. to a point marking the NW corner of a 2.1834 acre tract, yet to be conveyed, and also marking the NE corner of the parcel herein described; for reference a 5/8” CIP set bears S41 49'26”E 10.00 ft.Thence crossing over and into said Lot 52, and with the westerly line of said 2.1834 acre tract, S41 49'26”E 391.669 ft. to a 5/8” CIP set in the common line between Lots 32 and 52 of said subdivision, said Lot 32 being owned by J. Long, as recorded in O.R.
