Summit Metro Parks Request for Qualifications Summit Metro Parks is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to perform engineering and design services for the Sand Run Ford Removal Preliminary Design and Area Master Plan. The general scope includes evaluation of the area, concept development, and preliminary design services.
