Advertisement for Bids Guernsey County, Board of Developmental Disabilities Training Center HVAC Replacement Sealed bids will be received by Guernsey County Board of Commissioners, 627 Wheeling Avenue, Suite 300, Cambridge, Ohio 43725 until 2:00 PM on May7, 2026 for HVAC Systems Replacement at the Training Center at 60772 Southgate Road, Cambridge, OH 43725. At that time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read. Specifications and bid forms may be downloaded by email request from the office of the Architect, Kelly Architectural Services, Inc., 2960 Pinkerton Road, Zanesville, OH 43701, kelly.architectural@gmail.com. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed within 150 days. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder.
