LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT TO BID CITY OF CIRCLEVILLE CIRCLEVILLE, OHIO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE 2026 PICKLEBALL EXPANSION BARTHELMAS PARK Sealed Proposals addressed to the Director of Public Service of the City of Circleville, 104 East Franklin Street, Circleville, OH 43113, for the 2026 Pickleball Expansion at Barthelmas Park, will be received by the City of Circleville, Department of Public Service until 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 and then and there publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Contract Documents, Specifications, Wage Rates and Plans are on file with the City Clerk and Director of Public Service, where they are available for inspection. Documents may be obtained from the Department of Public Service upon payment of $25.00 for hard, copy none of which will be refunded. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
