Franklin St, Circleville, OH 43113, at its offices until 1:15 P.M. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the “Williamsport Allocation and Neighborhood Revitalization Project – REBID – CONTRACT “A”” The Project work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the contract documents.
