LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the Pickaway County Commissioners at their office located at 139 W. Franklin Street, Circleville, Ohio until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and opened at 10:31 a.m. the same day for Unit Price Bid on maintenance materials for county roads and bridges. Unit price bids shall be good for one calendar year for the following items: A. Bituminous Material B. Gravel, Sand and Crushed Gravel C. Limestone Bid blanks and an itemized list of materials can be obtained upon request from the Pickaway County Engineer's Office, 121 W. Franklin St., Circleville, Ohio 43113. All materials shall comply with the bid documents and the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation “Construction and Materials Specifications”. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check on some solvent bank, in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
