NOTICE OF CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT (CMSD) REAL PROPERTY AUCTION     Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Cleveland Municipal School District Board of Education, it will offer at auction the former Rockefeller School site.  The auction will be held on June 1st, 2026, at 12:00 noon at 1111 Superior Ave, 19th Floor, Room 1938. The high bid is subject to acceptance by the Board of Education. The Board of Education may, in its sole discretion, reject any and all bids.  There will be a site inspection of the property. On May 13, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the former Rockefeller School site (vacant lot) located at 5815 Whittier Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio.    Potential Bidders may inspect the property at their leisure.   The high Bidder must provide a $10,000 non-refundable deposit by certified check or bank check on the day of the auction. In the event the Board does not accept a bid, it will promptly return the deposit to the bidder. By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to execute the Purchase Agreement on file with the Board of Education, a copy of which may be obtained from Karen Thompson by email request at karen.thompson@clevelandmetroschools.org.
