DEFIANCE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS EVANSPORT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS LEGAL NOTICE - INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete a project known as Evansport Sanitary Sewer Improvements at the Defiance County Commissioners Office, 25600 Elliott Road, Defiance, Ohio 43512 until 11:00 A.M. local time on March 16, 2026, and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud. Bids may be mailed or delivered in advance to the Location of Bid Opening at the above address. The Bid Documents containing the Bid Requirements and Contract Documents (including all bid sheets, plans, specifications, and any addenda) can be obtained by contacting Steve Moore with Arcadis via email at steve.moore@arcadis.com. To be eligible to bid on the project, each bidder must obtain the Bid Documents directly from Arcadis.
