LEGAL NOTICE FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals for the DEF SR15 13.58 PROJECT, ODOT PID 120036, will be received by the City of Defiance, Defiance County, Ohio, at the office of the City Engineer, 631 Perry Street, until 2:00 P.M. Current Eastern Time, on Tuesday, the 17th day of March, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The scope of the work consists of construction of two single lane roundabouts on Ralston Avenue (SR15) at Anthony Wayne Boulevard and Latchaw Drive. This project includes new sidewalk, curb, pavement markings, signage and storm sewer replacement as needed over a project length of approximately 0.15 miles. The opinion of probable construction costs is $3,687,686.01.
