The Planning Commission will review Variances Requests for 44 Hickory Street in the City of Defiance, Ohio, submitted by Green Edge Properties, LLC, c/o Tim Font, 17274 Road 111, Paulding, OH 45879. Description: Parcel J03-0030-C-019-00 is located in Enterprise Addition Block 2 Lot 16 and 18 (pt) in the City of Defiance, Richland Township, Defiance County, OH. Applicant requests the following two variances to construct a duplex on this parcel: -Variance request to decrease the required minimum lot width for a two-family in an R-2, Residential District from 80' to 68' per City of Defiance Planning & Zoning Code, Chapter 1173.02-1. -Variance request to reduce the required location for a driveway to be located less than the required three feet from the side lot line per the City
