ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of Defiance County Commissioners, c/o Ms. Liz Stuart, in their office, 25600 Elliott Road, Defiance, Ohio 43512, until 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 20, 2026, when they will be opened and read, for the Defiance County Adult Probation Renovation Project, located at 500 Court Street, Suite G, Defiance, Ohio  43512, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Schmid Architects, Inc.

A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the job site at 11:30 a.m. 

One set of the Contract Documents will be provided by the owner at no cost to the General Contractor by contacting ARC Document Solutions, 3666 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 (216.281.1234) or cleveland.csr@e-arc.com. Additional sets may be obtained by purchasing directly from ARC Document Solutions at the contractor's expense. All plan holders must be included on the plan holders list at ARC.
