LEGAL NOTICEADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed proposals for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Overflow Sewer Grant Program for the Village of Hanoverton will be received by the Columbiana County Commissioners at the Columbiana County Commissioners Office (Courthouse), 105 South Market Street, Lisbon, Ohio 44432 until 9:00 am on May 27 th , 2026, and then shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.The re-bid project includes construction of individual service laterals connecting to public sewer within the Village of Hanoverton.A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Columbiana County Port Authority's office located at 7860 Lincole Place, Lisbon, Ohio 44432 on Wednesday, May 6 th at 1:00 pm. Sets of the Contract Documents, plans, and additional forms, if needed, for the bid and bid bond may be obtained at the Columbiana County Port Authority, beginning on April 15 th , 2026. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be required for each set of plans and specifications picked up or $50.00 if mailed. Make the check payable to Columbiana County Port Authority. If a contractor from the original bid would like the new bid packet, there will be no fee added. Copies of the Contract Documents may be examined at the above office.Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein, each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity.
