The MVSD will receive bid proposals for the DRAIN WATER PUMP STATION WET WELL IMPROVEMENTS (Contract Number G-170) until one-thirty (1:30) o'clock P.M., Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 , via QuestCDN at which time Bids will be electronically opened and posted publicly.

The contractors are invited to attend the Bid Opening in person at the District located at 1181 Ohltown-McDonald Rd., Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440. (MVSD will receive and accept bids ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™ online bid service at which time Bids will be electronically opened and posted publicly on QuestCDN immediately thereafter.)
The project includes, but is not limited to installing a structural grating and walkway system over the four (4) exterior wet wells at the Drain Water Pump Station. Work includes concrete and masonry cutting and repair, structural framing, grating system, and electrical and instrumentation equipment relocation. Additional work includes paving an access drive alongside the wet wells for operations and maintenance activities.
A pre-bid conference has been set for 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday April 22, 2026, at the office of the Chief Engineer of the Mahoning Valley Sanitary District (MVSD) located at 1181 Ohltown-McDonald Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440. This meeting has been set in order to provide all potential Bidders an opportunity to discuss with the Owner all aspects of the Contract Documents for the DRAIN WATER PUMP STATION WET WELL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. Any changes, additions and/or deletions resulting from this pre-bid conference will be covered in an addendum to the Contract Documents.
The MVSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bids and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project.
