INVITATION FOR BIDS South Wheatley Road Extension Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Richfield, Summit County, Ohio, until 10 a.m. May 8th, 2026, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read for the South Wheately Road Extension project. Electronic bid packages can be obtained, at no cost, by emailing Drew Levis at The GPD Group alevis@gpdgroup.com. Contact Drew Levis at 330-572-2353 with any questions. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Village of Richfield. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid, in part or whole, which is deemed most favorable to the Village.
