Bids for dentistry equipment installation due by March 20, 2026.

NOTICE TO BIDDERSERIE COUNTY, OHIOERIE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT DENTISTRY EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATION
Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Erie County Health Department, 420 Superior Street, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 not later than Friday, March 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. as per O.R.C. 307.86 et seq., and opened immediately thereafter to furnish all labor and material for the following described services:

Detailed instructions, specifications, and bid proposal forms are available from the Erie County Health Department, 420 Superior Street, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 and do hereby become part of the legal ad. The scope of work is to provide and install new dentistry equipment at the Margaretta School Based Health Center, 305 S. Washington Street, Castalia, Ohio 44824.

All bids must be signed and submitted on the bid proposal form furnished in the bidding documents and must contain the name of every interested party therein.
The bid guaranty may be:1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the contract documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.); or2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of Erie County Health Department in the amount of $500.00.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of bid opening.
All businesses, including minority-owned, female-owned, or small businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
Where there is reason to believe that collusion exists among bidders, the bids of those involved will be rejected.Be advised that ORC 5719.042 provides that no contract be awarded until the successful bidder submits a statement informing the County Auditor of any delinquent personal property taxes owed to Erie County.The Erie County Health Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid, and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
