Proposals received after March 11, 2026, at 1:00.00 PM will be returned unopened. Proposals shall be for the furnishing of materials and the performance of labor necessary for the:25019.01 – Put-in-Bay Schools 1919 Building Renovations548 Catawba AvenuePut-in-Bay, Ohio, 43456All in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Garmann/Miller & Associates, Inc.,Minster, OH | Columbus, OH | Indianapolis, IN | Ft. Wayne, INA Lump Sum bid for the project will be received.A prebid meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on February 25, 2026 at 548 Catawba Avenue, Put-in-Bay, Ohio 43456.
