LEGAL NOTICEREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City invites qualified professional planning and design firms to submit qualifications to undertake the River Ave., F St. and First St Waterline Replacement project. Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be downloaded from the City's website at www.cityofsandusky.com or a copy may be requested by email to Melissa Vassallo, mvassallo@cityofsandusky.com . One electronic copy via email in PDF format shall be submitted no later than 1:30pm on Friday, May 1, 2026 , to: Joshua R. Snyder, P.E.Department of Public Works240 Columbus AveSandusky, Ohio 44870Jsnyder1@cityofsandusky.com All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Project Engineer, Joshua R. Snyder, at jsnyder1@cityofsandusky.com. All qualifications must be received on time and in full compliance with the instructions contained in the RFQ.
