ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS MID-OHIO WATER & SEWER DISTRICT WATER TREATMENT PLANT, WELLS AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ENGINEERING SERVICES General Notice Mid-Ohio Water& Sewer District (Owner) will be requesting Statements of Qualifications from Engineering Firms (Respondents) for the planning, design, and construction administration services related to improvements and expansion at the Old Springfield Water Treatment Plant, Wells and Water Distribution System. Owner will receive printed Statements of Qualifications d e m o n s t r a t i n g the Respondent's qualifications and ability to provide professional design services at the Old Springfield Water Treatment Plant and associated distribution system, until May 26, 2026, 2:00 pm local time. After that time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications. 3 hard copies and one electronic copy should be delivered to: Mid-Ohio Water & Sewer District 501 South Main St
