LEGAL NOTICE Graham Road Traffic Signal Improvement Project Sealed bids will be received by the Chief of Staff/Director of Public Service in the City of Stow, Ohio, until 12:00 Noon EST, March 24, 2026 and then publicly opened in the Boards & Commissions Room at Stow City Hall, 3760 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2025-188 for Graham Road Traffic Signal Improvement Project in accordance with the specifications on file in the Public Service Department. Detailed information, blank proposals, and complete specifications may be obtained from the Chief of Staff/Director of Public Service. Bidders must use the forms and USB flash drive provided. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party(ies) making the same, and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must furnish with its proposal a bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and list all subcontractors to be used. Bidders must comply with the laws governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to persons employed on public improvements and with all EEO regulations. Small Business Enterprise ? the SBE Goal is 6%. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of the bid, at the time of the award, and through the life of the construction contract. The City of Stow reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid in part or in whole, which is deemed most favorable to the City of Stow at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
