LEGAL NOTICE
Purchase of Materials
Sealed bids will be received by the Chief of Staff/Director of Public Service in the City of Stow, Ohio, until 12:00 Noon EST, March 10, 2026 and then publicly opened in Council Chambers at City Hall, 3760 Darrow Rd, Stow, Ohio, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2025-231 for Purchase of Materials in accordance with the specifications on file in the Public Service Department.

The determination of whether a bidder qualifies for the local preference shall be made by the Board of Control; that decision shall be final.
The City of Stow reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid in part or in whole, which is deemed most favorable to the City of Stow at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
