Sealed proposals for bridge superstructure replacement due by March 17, 2026.

LEGAL NOTICESealed proposals for CR591-6.92, CR43-6.23, TR25-4.49 & TR17-5.73 SUPERSTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT (Prestressed Box Beams); C-2026 will be received at the Office of the Seneca County Commissioners, 111 Madison St, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 until 10:00 a.m. local time, March 17, 2026, at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read.
The project consists of the manufacture, delivery, and placement (on abutments prepared by Seneca County) of prestressed concrete non-composite box beam bridge members at bridge locations within Seneca County, Ohio.
Copies of the plans, specifications, and other contract documents are on the Seneca County Engineer's website (www.sencoeng.com) and may be obtained in the office of the Seneca County Engineer.
All proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished in the contract documents. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid or a certified check or cashier's check equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, payable to the Seneca County Commissioners.
The Seneca County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
