ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Administration, 51 E. Market St., Tiffin, OH 44883, until 9 am (Local Time) on Feb. 24, 2026 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for theCITY OF TIFFIN – SOUTH POINTOPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: BASE BID - $120,000.00 The scope of work consists of construction of South Point outlook. This outlook will be 44 foot in diameter and consist of concrete, block walls covered in brick and caps on the top of the walls. The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the City Administration. Only electronic versions of the bidding documents will be available. Electronic bidding documents will be provided to the plan holder at no charge. Deadline for Pre-Bid Questions is 3 p.m. Feb. 18. Addendum will be pushed out by 2 pm Feb. 19. All prime contractors bidding the project must obtain their plans and bidding documents directly from the City Administrator and be plan holders with the City Administration. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the City Administration and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked CITY OF TIFFIN – SOUTH POINT
