LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Treasurer of the Board of Education of the River View Local School District, at the Administrative Office at 26496 SR 60 North, Warsaw, Ohio 43844 until Noon on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, when they will be opened and read for the site pavement package for the "River View Campus Asphalt Project" in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by V2 Architects, Inc. This Advertisement for Bids is also posted on the River View Local School District website at https://www.rvbears.org/, click on "Public Notices" and select "River View Campus Asphalt Project Advertisement for Bids" at the bottom of the district's homepage.
Submit all questions to V2 Architects, Inc., Attn: Zach Van Wey, AIA (T: 740.432.3976 or zvanwey@v2architects.com).
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the River View Local Schools District Office, 26496 OH-60, Warsaw, Ohio 43844 at 10:00 am, local time, Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Contract Documents may be purchased at cost, plus shipping, from Key Blue Prints, 195 E Livingston Ave, Columbus OH. To obtain drawings please visit www.keycompanies.com to order online or contact Key Blue Prints at 614-228-3285, ext. 241.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Contract Documents.
No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. River View Local School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations as needed to determine bidder responsibility.
