NOTICE TO BIDDERS

2026 STORM SEWER ADDITION
CHARLES ST & TR-1060

The Falls Township Board of Trustees is asking for sealed bids for the purpose of construction of a Storm Sewer Addition at Charles St. and TR-1060 in West Logan. 
Project Requirements:
    1.  Project consists of installing 4 Catch Basins, Storm Piping and Backfilling to Grade.
    2. The location and depth of all existing utilities were determined from the best information available.  It is the responsibility of the contractor to have utilities marked.  Contractor shall repair or replace any damaged utilities unless agreed to otherwise.  Major utility crossings in all work areas shall be exposed prior to installing any pipe so that adjustments can be in grade and alignment if necessary.  
    3. All Catch Basins to be ODOT Standard Number 2-2A.  Contractor may choose to  construct catch basins in place instead of precast if acceptable to Falls Township and County Engineer.
