Rock, Treasurer, 20 W. Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503, and plainly marked on the outside "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PHASE I PROJECT REBID." Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., local time April 21, 2026 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Board Room of Youngstown Rayen Early College High School, located at 20 W. Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503.A pre-bid conference will be held on April 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the East High School located at 474 Bennington Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44505.The last addendum is scheduled to be released no later than 1:00 pm April 16, 2026, All questions shall be submitted in writing to DPH Architecture by 1:00 pm April 15, 2026.All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
