Bids will be received by the Tuscarawas Valley Local School District (the “School District Board”), at the Board of Education/Administration Offices, 2637 Tusky Valley Road NE, Zoarville, Ohio 44656 for the following Project.

Sealed bids will be received for: Tuscarawas Valley Local Schools Legacy Project
Until Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Bids must be received at the Tuscarawas Valley Local School District Board of Education/Administration building, 2637 Tusky Valley Road NE, Zoarville, Ohio 44656 by the specified time. Sealed bids will then be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
Scope Description: Construction of a new fence and masonry wall utilizing salvaged materials from demolished School District buildings.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Tuscarawas Valley Local School District Board of Education/Administration building, 2637 Tusky Valley Road NE, Zoarville, Ohio 44656. At the conclusion of the meeting attendees will be taken through the project site.
Bid Documents will be available at ARC, 3666 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115, phone - 216.281.1234, website – www.e-arc.com, e-mail - cleveland.csr@e-arc.com, upon placing a deposit in the amount of $150.00 per set payable to Tuscarawas Valley Local School District. No more than three (3) copies of each set will be provided on a refundable basis to a Bidder. Deposits are refundable only if documents are returned in good condition to the Architect within fourteen (14) days of the bid opening. Shipping and tax on the Bid Document set are additional.

To be considered, proposals must be made on the forms furnished by the Architect and must contain the name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (as per Section 153.571 Ohio Revised Code) in the amount of the highest aggregate amount of base bid plus all additive alternates submitted by the bidder, drawn in favor of the Treasurer of the Board of Education of the Tuscarawas Valley Local School District.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids.
Except as permitted by Ohio RC 9.31, no bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time and receipt of bids.
