TAKE NOTICE that pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action, File No. 26CV000018-600, filed in the Mitchell County Superior County, Bakersville, North Carolina. Service of process by publication shall commence on May 6, 2026.
The nature of relief sought is a declaration that Plaintiffs 130 of Chatham, LLC and 141 of Chatham, LLC, hold record title to certain real property located in Mitchell County, North Carolina, free and clear of any right, title, or interest claimed by Violet Northern. The property at issue is described in the deed recorded in Book 168 at Page 545, Mitchell County, North Carolina Registry. A more complete description of the property is set forth in the Complaint filed in this action.
You are required to defend such pleading no later than forty (40) days after the date of the first Publication of Notice stated above, exclusive of such date, being forty (40) days after May 6, 2026, which is June 15, 2026, and upon your failure to do so, the parties seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
