            NOTICE OF HEARING 26JC72643  THE STATE OF OHIO, LORAIN COUNTY DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT JUVENILE DIVISION  IN THE MATTER OF: Miyori Greenhill, 11/18/2025 Child of Myirr Greenhill TO: Anthony Larenzo., or anyone claiming to be the Father  You are hereby notified that on February 10, 2026, a Complaint alleging that the minor child is Abused, Neglected and Dependent and is seeking a disposition of Temporary Custody to Step-Maternal Grandmother, Yanira  Greenhill with a grant of Protective Supervision to LCCS and a subsequent Notice of Alternative Legal Custody to Step-Maternal Grandmother,  was filed by Lorain County Children Services, Third Floor, Lorain County Administration Building, 226 Middle Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44053.  All parties shall take notice that these matters will come on for an Adjudication and Dispositional hearing on 3/26/2026 at 3:30 p.m. The aforementioned hearings shall take place in the Lorain County Juvenile Court, Second Floor, Lorain County Justice Center, 225 Court Street, Elyria, Ohio, 44035, and you are ordered to appear at the appointed time for the hearings. Failure to appear for the hearings may result in the loss of valuable rights, including all parental rights and privileges permanently, or you may be subject to court sanction.  An Adjudication of Abuse, Neglect, or Dependency may result in any of the following: A Court Order of Legal Custody or Planned Permanent Living Arrangement, which will cause the removal of the child from the physical and legal custody of the parent, guardian, or other custodians subject to any conditions and limitations the Court prescribes; A Court Order of Temporary Custody, which will cause removal of the child from the parent's physical and legal custody until the Court terminates the Order or permanently divests the parent of all parental rights; A Court Order of Protective Supervision, which permits the child to remain in the parent's physical and legal custody subject to any conditions and limitations the Court prescribes; A Court Order of Permanent Custody, which would cause the parents, guardian, or legal custodians to be divested permanently of all parental rights and privileges.  You have the right to be represented by counsel, and you have the right to request the court to appoint an attorney for you if you are indigent.
