Donald Bohannon ("Defendants"), and all other occupants of 133 South Carolina Ave, Elyria, OH 44035 ("Premises"), which is the Defendants last known address, have been named as defendants in a legal action filed by Plaintiff, Colonial Oaks Property, LLC d/b/a Colonial Oaks, 10425 Middle Avenue., Elyria, OH 44035, known as Case No. 2026CVG00122, pending in the Elyria Municipal Court, 601 Broad Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035. Defendant Donald Bohannon is believed to be deceased and is the owner of the mobile home. The object of the Complaint is to evict Defendants from 131 South Carolina Ave, Elyria, Ohio, 44035. If the manufactured home and any other personal property are not promptly removed from the manufactured home park, all personal property and the manufactured home bay be sold, destroyed and/or possession and title of the manufactured home transferred to Plaintiff under ORC 1923.13 and 1923.14. The Claim for restitution of the Premises shall be scheduled for a hearing in accordance with local court rules at the Municipal Court of Elyria, 601 Broad Street, Elyria, Ohio 44035, but in no event no sooner than the seventh day from the date service is complete.
