NOTICE OF HEARING 24JC68503 THE STATE OF OHIO, LORAIN COUNTY DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT JUVENILE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF: Noah McKinney, 05/25/2011 Child of Cherie Martin TO: Josiah Ramos You are hereby notified that on February 6, 2026, a Motion for Permanent Custody and LCCS seeking a disposition of Permanent Custody, was filed by Lorain County Children Services, Third Floor, Lorain County Administration Building, 226 Middle Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44053. All parties shall take notice that these matters will come on for a Pretrial hearing upon Motion for Permanent Custody on 5/12/2026, at 9:30 a.m. and Permanent Custody Trial on 6/25/2026 at 9:00 a.m. The aforementioned hearings shall take place in the Lorain County Juvenile Court, Second Floor, Lorain County Justice Center, 225 Court Street, Elyria, Ohio, 44035, and you are ordered to appear at the appointed time for the hearings. Failure to appear for the hearings may result in the loss of valuable rights, including all parental rights and privileges permanently, or you may be subject to court sanction.
