NOTICE OF HEARING ON MOTION FOR QUALIFIED DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDER (QDRO) 

To: Melissa Smoot, Administrator for Daryl T. Smoot Estate. 
You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of November, 2025, Susan Smoot, now Brooks filed in this Court a Motion for a Qualified Domestic Relations Order. This Court, located at 111 South 4th Street, Ironton, Ohio 45638, will hear the Motion on the 15th day of June, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. 
It is alleged in the Motion that Susan Smoot, now Brooks is entitled to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order to be issued pursuant to the Divorce Decree.
