TO: Hernan Escalante, whose current address is unknown and whose last known address was 9735 Mason Montgomery Road Mason, Ohio 45040.

Plaintiff has brought this action naming yon as a Defendant in the above-named Court by filing their Complaint on June 12,2023.

The object of the complaint is to seek judgment against you for personal injury caused by you on or about June 12, 2023, at the intersection of State Route 48 and Cook Road in Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio and the prayer is for judgment against in an amount in excess of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) plus all other relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled under law.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made June 14, 2026.
