BE IT KNOWN: A Motion has been filed in this Court requesting that said alleged dependent and/or neglected and/or abused child(ren), BLAYDENN FEURER be placed in the LEGAL CUSTODY of Dianna and Raymond Guill.
WHEREAS an Order of LEGAL CUSTODY will not divest you of your parental rights nor relieve you of your parental responsibilities but will result in the permanent removal of your child(ren) from you and from your legal custody;
