LEGAL NOTICE The State of Ohio, Richland County Juvenile Court Case No.(s) 2026 DEP 00005 IN THE MATTER OF BLAYDENN FEURER, ALLEGED DEPENDENT CHILD TO: JUSTIN HUMPHREY, father of BLAYDENN FEURER, LKA 544 ½ SANDUSKY AVENUE, BUCYRUS, OH 44820, whereabouts unknown BE IT KNOWN: A Motion has been filed in this Court requesting that said alleged dependent and/or neglected and/or abused child(ren), BLAYDENN FEURER be placed in the LEGAL CUSTODY of Dianna and Raymond Guill. WHEREAS an Order of LEGAL CUSTODY will not divest you of your parental rights nor relieve you of your parental responsibilities but will result in the permanent removal of your child(ren) from you and from your legal custody; NOW, THEREFORE, you are notified that you should personally appear before the Juvenile Court located at 411 South Diamond Street, Mansfield, Ohio on: MARCH 17, 2026 AT 11:00 AM. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR, THE COURT MAY GRANT THE MOTION FOR LEGAL CUSTODY AND YOU MAY LOSE OTHER VALUABLE RIGHTS.
