LEGAL NOTICE The State of Ohio, Richland County Juvenile Court Case No. 2024 DEP 00085 AND 2024 DEP 00086 IN THE MATTER OF VAYLA DAVIS AND VENELOPE DAVIS, DEPENDENT CHILDREN TO: VANESSA PATTON, mother of VAYLA DAVIS AND VENELOPE DAVIS, LKA 383 JENNINGS AVENUE, MANSFIELD, OHIO 44907, whereabouts unknown Whereas a Motion for Disposition duly verified according to law has been filed in this Court requesting that said DEPENDENT AND/OR NEGLECTED AND/OR ABUSED child(ren), VAYLA DAVIS AND VENELOPE DAVIS, be placed in the PERMANENT CUSTODY of Richland County Children Services. An order of PERMANENT CUSTODY will result in the removal of your child(ren) from you and from your legal custody and will permanently divest you of your parental rights. You are entitled to representation by a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If you cannot afford a lawyer and if you meet certain requirements, the Court may appoint a lawyer for you. Ms. Dashkovitz, who may be reached at 419-774-5557 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, is the employee designated by the Court to arrange for the prompt appointment of counsel for indigent persons. If you wish to be represented by a lawyer but you cannot afford one, you should contact the Court as soon as possible.
