On February 6th, 2026, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) received a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Closure Plan for the BlueScope Recycling and Materials, LLC facility (OHD987042017) located at 2384 Springmill Road, Mansfield, Ohio, 44903. The purpose of this Closure Plan is to address the closure of the Microfines Building Hazardous Waste Management Unit (HWMU).
