LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE BY PUBLICATION OHIO CIVIL RULE 4.4(A) Legal Notice Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Jeremy Johnson, whose last place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on March 10, 2026, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., filed its Complaint on Action for Replevin in Case No. 26CI0063 in the Court of Common Pleas Athens County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants Unknown Heirs, Legatees, and Devisees, if any, of Jeremy Johnson may have an interest in the 2022 Clayton Homes model manufactured home, Serial No. ROC741306NC located at 12865 State Route 691 Nelsonville, Ohio 45764. Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., further alleges that Decedent, Jeremy Johnson, has failed to remit the required monthly payments on the Contract for said manufactured home and is now in default of their obligations under the terms of the Contract.
