LEGAL NOTICE SERVICE BY PUBLICATION In the Court of Common Pleas of Meigs County, Ohio, Case No. 2025-CV-052, Central Bank & Trust Co., Plaintiff v. Zachary Sigman, Defendant. In accordance with Ohio Civ. R. 4.4, Notice is hereby given to Zachary Sigman, whose residence is unknown but whose last known address is 31765 Trouble Creek Road, Portland, Ohio 45770, that Plaintiff Central Bank & Trust Co., whose address is 300 West Vine Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40507, filed a Complaint in the Meigs County Common Pleas Court, located at 100 East Second Street, Room 302, Pomeroy, Ohio 45769, naming Zachary Sigman as Defendant.
