Darrell Harris and Marilyn Harris, 1537 Deeplake Circle, Twinsburg, OH 44087, Plaintiffs vs. Brandon Gibson, et al., Defendants. 
Brandon Gibson and Three Nails Development, whose last known address is 222 Vemon Drive, Fate, Texas 75087, but whose address other than as set forth is unknown, will take notice that on September 22, 2025, Plaintiffs, filed Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, being Case No. CV2025 09 4544, praying for judgment against the defendants in Count I of said Complaint (Breach of Contract), in Count II of said Complaint (Fraudulent Inducement), in Count III of said Complaint (Veil Piercing) and Count IV of said Complaint (Ohio Consumer Sales Practice Act Violations) and any additional relief the Court deems just and equitable. 
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 12th day of June 2026.
