ROGER ALLEN, and if he be deceased, his unknown heirs, next of kin, devisees, legatees, executors and/or administrators, whose names and residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 14th day of October, 2025, MARY J. ROYSTER, SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEE OF THE ROYSTER FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 3, 2005 filed her Cross-Complaint against AMANDA ALLEN, et al, as Defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Trumbull County, Ohio, being Case Number 2025 CV 02233 in said Court, demanding partition, or in the alternative, quiet title and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the real property described as follows:
Situated in the City of Warren, County of Trumbull, and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot No. 133 in Peerless Park Allotment, a subdivision of a part of Original Warren Township Great Lot No. 27, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 7 of Maps, Page 23 of Trumbull County Records.
Said Sublot 133 has a frontage of 50 feet on the northerly side of Oak Street, S.W. (formerly Viola Avenue) and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the easterly line, 150 feet on the westerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
