NOTICE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND THE STATE OF OHIO, MAHONING COUNTY, SS: IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, JUVENILE DIVISION, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO. Case No. 2021 JG 18 JUV IN THE MATTER OF: JOHN HALL, JR. D.O.B. 04/01/2015, ALLEGED DEPENDENT CHILD. JOHN HALL, SR., natural father, whose last known address was 2478 Brandywine Road SE, Warren, Ohio 44484 and now unknown, will hereby take notice that a motion/complaint has been filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that said juvenile is dependent and containing a prayer or request for Motion for Custody TO Kimberly Sutton. That said motion/complaint will be held for hearing before said Court at 300 E. Scott Street, Youngstown, Ohio, on the 15th day of April 2026, at 9:00 A.M.. The natural father is ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the complainant's prayer should not be granted. You may lose valuable rights or be subject to Court sanction if you fail to appear. You are hereby notified that: In the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio to wit: The child's condition or environment is such as to warrant the State, in the interest of the child, in assuming their guardianship, pursuant to ORC 2151.04(C). An order of temporary custody will cause the removal of the child from the parent's physical and legal custody until the Court terminates the order or permanently divests the parents of their parental rights.
