FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-5986. Franklin County Treasurer, Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, Plaintiff, vs. Salwan Adnan Hassan Shafeay, et al., Defendants. Defendants, Salwan Adnan Hassan Shafeay and the unknown spouse, if any, of Salwan Adnan Hassan Shafeay, whose last known addresses are 5850 Edge of Village, Westerville, OH 43081 and 1132 Sanctuary Place, Columbus, OH 43230; and the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of Salwan Adnan Hassan Shafeay and the unknown spouse, if any, of Salwan Adnan Hassan Shafeay, if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property known as Vacant Land near the end of Claycraft Road, Columbus, OH 43230, Parcel No. 010-233501-00, the complete legal description of which may be obtained from the Franklin County Auditor; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, penalties, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
