FORECLOSURE NOTICE: Case No. 25CV-8045. Franklin County Treasurer, Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, Plaintiff, vs. Swapnam Enterprises, LLC, et al., Defendants. Defendants, Swapnam Enterprises, LLC, whose last known addresses are 1653 S. Fourth Street, Columbus OH 43207 and 1655 S. Fourth Street, Columbus, OH 43207, and c/o Latha Johnson, Statutory Agent, 4319 Vaux Link, New Albany, OH 43054 and 6400 E. Broad St., Ste. 400, Columbus, OH 43213; the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of Swapnam Enterprises, LLC, if any, if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; the Unknown Tenants, whose last known addresses are 1653 S. Fourth Street, Columbus OH 43207 and 1655 S. Fourth Street, Columbus, OH 43207; and the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of the Unknown Tenants, if any, if they be deceased or remarried, whose last known addresses are unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1653 and 1655 South Fourth St., Columbus, OH 43207, Parcel No. 010-001728-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, penalties, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
